How It Works
Use our picnic booking tool to reserve your luxury pop-up picnic. Simply click the link and follow the steps to provide more information about your picnic, such as the party size, occasion, date and time, preferred location, and theme.

On the day of your event, we will arrive before the scheduled time to set up the picnic.

Your reservation includes 1.5 hours of unforgettable luxury picnic experience with set up and following clean up, custom handmade low picnic tables, assorted pillows, flatware and tableware, picnic decor, and complimentary bottled water.
Reserve your booking with full payment. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the payment, and we will contact you shortly to discuss all the details and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive an email reminder before your event with details on your location and time of your OBX Pop-Up Picnic

Day of, we’ll be in contact before arrival. All you have to do is show-up and enjoy your event! We arrive before your scheduled time for setup. You will receive a text message to confirm your setup is ready and awaiting your arrival. We come back at scheduled pick up time to clean-up (everything we brought), tear down and pack-up!
